UnderdogLM is the adaptive AI engine behind UnderDock. It learns with every session: your style, your expertise, the way your projects run. Instead of one general assistant, you build a team of expert personas, each with its own domain, that improve with feedback and can sit at the same table to work a problem from several angles. Every session feeds the Cognitive Core, a knowledge hub and graph where past work, documents and decisions stay connected and searchable. Upload documents for extraction and analysis, run estimating and rate analysis from the paperwork itself, and share sessions with collaborators so the insight belongs to everyone who helped build it. It runs on your own hardware through UnderDock, with role-based access and a full audit trail, so the knowledge stays in the building and a person signs off on what it produces.
